This Rojo Congo has put out two new leaves since being installed

Native to South America, it gets its name “Rojo” from it’s deep, shiny red new leaves. Unlike most philodendrons, it grows outwards and upwards instead of vining or climbing.

In it’s native environment in older specimens its leaves can be as wide as 3 feet across! A monstrous plant, fit for a jungle!
