Q: Do I have to pay anything up front?
A: Nope! After installation, we’ll bill you for your first month; $99, or if you elect to pay yearly we’ll bill you for your yearly invoice and that’s it! You get to see all the plants installed before you get charged for anything.
Q: How big are the plants?
A: These are full size floor plants, and range in height from 2 to 3 feet high, depending on the species. If need be, we’re happy to substitute smaller tabletop sized plants or leave some off the offer entirely as needed if you don’t think 7 floor plants would fit in your office.
Q: Is there an installation fee?
Q: Do I get to pick them? Do you need to schedule a quote or walkthrough?
A: No need for that! We carefully select the best species that will do well in office environments based on our current availability. That said, if you’re unhappy with a particular plant after installation, we’re happy to swap it for something different.
Q: What does the monthly fee include?
A: It includes the plants and planters, regular visits for watering, fertilizer, dusting, pruning, and free replacement plants should any of them need replacing for any reason. It also includes a beautiful flowering plant rotation that we change approximately every 6 to 8 weeks with a new design!
Q: Is this a lease or purchase?
A: This is a lease of the plants and planters that includes maintenance and free replacements.
Q: How long is the agreement for?
A: If you elect to pay monthly it’s month to month, if you elect to pay annually and receive the discount it’s billed once per year.
Q: So, to be sure, what’s the final cost?
A: After installation, we’ll bill you either $99 or your yearly invoice with the discount and that’s it!
