adding soil to interior plants

Not all plants go to out to pasture! Here’s Sara rehabilitating this ficus by giving it some fresh, new soil.

Often times plants will exhaust the nutrients in the soil that is in there grow pot, or it will naturally settle, and expose roots, which can dry out.  It’s best to periodically add fresh soil to the top–it’s easier than constantly repotting, and can help the plant thrive.
